What Is The Use Of Meditation

I can’t tell you how often I hear such questions..I feel little disappointing after hearing such questions because I believe that every person in this planet must know the importance of meditation and why do people meditate because with help of meditation only a person gains knowledge about himself, they realize who they truly are..

I don’t need to do meditation, I am happy and well…

I hear this from a lot of people, I don’t know what image or impression they have formed in their mind about meditation that when I suggest it to them, they respond as if I have offended them by pointing something that is lacking in them.

One of my friend once said to me “I quit smoking without opting for meditation or any other practice”.. I replied him with “To do that you used your determination and it is nothing but a form of meditation”..

When a person meditates, he becomes more conscious and alert about everything around and the deeper people go they get to know them self and others better, they break free from mind made false judgements about everything in their life.

Meditation is as essential as sleep

Life brings up so many situations and conditions which brings us into lower vibrational level, often we are effected by other people’s vibrations and we too get into a lower vibrational level because of them.

Getting into a lower vibrational level means that you will feel negative emotions, it will further lead into apathy and it will soon become depression. In short, you will get into a position in which you will be only able to see the dark side of everything which will only bring in more miseries.

Meditation is not for once

Meditation is not something which you can do once can then leave.. later saying “I used to do it, I meditated for so long, I know everything about it”…it is a practice which a person must continue doing the same way he brushes his teeth..!!..You brush your teeth daily because dirt accumulates every day and you must meditate because lower vibrations alter our energy every day..

Meditation must become a regular part of our life in order to stay happy, serene and content..

The only day you should leave meditating would be the day when you get “enlightened”..because there after you will be meditating every moment because your consciousness becomes one with the universal consciousness…

We have a beautiful world around us and we must be aware of every single gift with which we are blessed..
